The longtime anchor tenant has extended its lease for 10 years, and will now occupy a total of approximately 25,000 square feet, which includes office space and a new, redesigned lobby bank branch within the building’s ground-floor retail space. Cushman & Wakefield Managing Director Andrew Trench and Vice Chair Brian Gale represented the landlord, Alliance RE Holdings, in the lease negotiations. Cushman & Wakefield Negotiates Woundtech HQ Renewal and Expansion at Venture Corporate Center

Woundtech Expanded by 11,825 Square Feet at the Broward County Office Park HOLLYWOOD, FL  — Cushman & Wakefield has negotiated a 21,697-square-foot headquarters lease expansion and renewal with Woundtech at Venture Corporate Center in Broward County. The Cushman & Wakefield office leasing team of Travis Herring and Katherine Ridgway represented Denver-based Black Creek Group in the lease negotiations. Cushman & Wakefield’s Jeff Holding, A.J. Belt and Christina Stine Jolley represented Woundtech. Woundtech provides a telehealth-based platform where bedside clinicians collaborate with wound care nurses in a call center. Woundtech offers comprehensive wound care to health plan and medical group patients residing in private homes, skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, utilizing the most advanced wound care products. Cushman & Wakefield Negotiates 26,000 SF Office Lease for First Bank Florida in Miami

First Bank Florida is the Second Tenant to Sign a Lease at the Recently Completed 800 Waterford Building in the Waterford at Blue Lagoon Business Park MIAMI, FL – Cushman & Wakefield has negotiated a 26,000-square-foot office lease on behalf of First Bank Florida at 800 Waterford, a 246,085-square-foot, Class A office building in Miami. That’s the equivalent of recreating five cities worth of office inventory – Washington, DC, Dallas, London, Singapore and Shanghai – over the next three years.
