Cushman & Wakefield Adds Associate Chase Kulp to its Multi-Billion Dollar Agency Leasing Team Led by Deanna Lobinksy and Travis Herring

Kulp, ChaseBOCA RATON, Fla., Jan. 7 – Continuing its aggressive growth in South Florida, Cushman & Wakefield announced today that it has added Associate Chase Kulp to its market-leading Agency Leasing team led by Executive Directors Deanna Lobinsky and Travis Herring.

Mr. Kulp comes to Cushman & Wakefield from JLL, where he served as an office leasing Associate providing landlord and tenant representation services. Previously, he worked for The Greater Fort Lauderdale Alliance and served on the staffs of Congressmen Connie Mack IV and John Mica.

Mr. Kulp earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in Public Communications and Political Science from Florida Atlantic University. He sits on the board of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce’s B.E.S.T. Committee, and is a member of NAIOP’s Developing Leaders network as well as the Urban Land Institute’s Young Leaders Group. Mr. Kulp also held a seat on Emerge Broward’s Executive Committee.

most dominant agency leasing teams. This team, which joined Cushman & Wakefield from CBRE in November, has nearly 50 years of shared experience and a combined transaction volume in excess of $2.5 billion.

Ms. Lobinsky is an expert in the field of office agency leasing. Over the course of her career, she has managed a 3.5 million-square-foot office portfolio in Broward County and has established an office leasing track record valued at nearly $1.5 billion during her 20-year career. Her client list includes blue chip ownership groups such as CNL, TA Realty Associates, New Boston Fund, Fifteen Group, TM Real Estate Group, Invesco Realty Advisors, PNC Realty, Torburn Partners and KBS. She is a member of the South Florida Office Brokers Association and National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from the University of Florida.

Mr. Herring specializes in the leasing and sale of office properties owned and operated by institutional and private landlords throughout South Florida. He has completed more than 800 transactions in his career valued at more than $1 billion. His client list is extensive and includes large regional stakeholders such as California State Teachers’ Retirement System, Ivy Realty, Fairlead, Invesco Realty Advisors, Dividend Capital and PNC Realty. He is a member of the South Florida Office Brokers Association and National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Florida International University.

Ms. Ridgway has been a member of Lobinsky and Herring’s agency leasing team since 2011. Most recently, she and the team closed the two largest office lease transactions completed in Broward County in the past 20 years. Her client list includes BlackRock, RREEF, PNC Realty, California State Teachers’ Retirement System, and Ivy Realty. She is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), member of the Bergstrom Council of Real Estate, and former Director of ICSC’s Next Generation Florida. She holds a Master’s of Science in Real Estate from the University of Florida.

Ms. Lunsford has helped manage the team for more than a decade. She has extensive experience in both marketing and client-related services.

Mr. Kulp’s hire marks yet another addition to Cushman & Wakefield’s South Florida operations. In addition to the acquisition of the multi-billion dollar Lobinsky-Herring team, the firm recently hired one of the largest Capital Markets teams in South Florida led by Scott O’Donnell and Dominic Montazemi; added Director Kevin D. Landers to Director Mark L. Pateman’s commercial brokerage team; hired Associate Tyler Reynolds to the Tenant Advisory team of Senior Director Tony Jones and Senior Associate Ryan Levy; added Associate J.D. Brussels to the Tenant Advisory team of Senior Vice President Rick Miller; opened an eighth Florida office in Stuart, which houses a nine-person team of Valuation & Advisory professionals led by Managing Director Scott Powell; and hired Senior Research Analyst Valerie Tatum in its Boca Raton office. These hires are in addition to the impressive array of talent acquired in Cushman & Wakefield’s recent merger with DTZ.
